Asian Cuties® Clementine Chicken with Ginger Stir-Fry

  1. Mix together clementine juice, soy sauce, cornstarch, sesame oil and honey until combined; set aside. In large skillet or wok, heat oil over medium-high heat; sauté chicken, clementine peel, salt and pepper for 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken starts to brown.
  2. Add red pepper and ginger to skillet; stir-fry for 1 or 2 minutes. Stir in clementine juice mixture; bring to boil. Cook for 3 to 5 minutes or until chicken is cooked and sauce has thickened. Stir in clementine segments and green onions. Serve immediately.


Serve this stir-fry over steamed rice, quinoa or soba noodles.

The clementine juice adds sweetness and tang to this tasty dish.
