Melt the chocolate in a heat-friendly bowl over a small saucepan filled with 1 inch of simmering water.
Stir the chocolate continuously until fully melted. Remove from heat and dip each segment halfway in chocolate.
Sprinkle coconut over the dark chocolate, pistachios over the white chocolate, and mango over the milk chocolate while the chocolate is still warm.
Place finished segments on a parchment lined sheet or wire rack to cool/harden completely before serving.
Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
