CUTE & COZY HOLIDAY GIVEAWAY OFFICIAL RULES

NO PURCHASE IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE DOES NOT INCREASE THE CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Eligibility

   The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 contiguous United States and the District of Columbia, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. The Sweepstakes is void in Alaska, Hawaii, and where prohibited by law.

   Employees of Sun Pacific (the "Sponsor"), its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers, and immediate family members or those living in the same household of such employees are not eligible to participate. The Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.

2. Agreement to Rules

   By participating, entrants fully and unconditionally agree to these Official Rules and represent that they meet all eligibility requirements. Entrants agree that the decisions of Sun Pacific are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes.

3. Sweepstakes Period

   Entries will be accepted online starting December 5, 2025 at 12:00 AM PST and ending December 19, 2025 at 11:59 PM PST. All entries must be received within the Sweepstakes Period to be eligible. Cuties reserves the right to modify, suspend, or extend the Sweepstakes Period at its sole discretion if circumstances arise that make such changes necessary.

4. How to Enter

   There are two ways to enter the Sweepstakes:

   1. Online Entry Form: Visit the Sweepstakes entry page and submit the online entry form. All required fields must be completed to submit a valid entry.
   2. Social Post Keyword Entry: Comment the keyword “COZY” on the designated Cuties giveaway post. After commenting, you will receive a message prompting you to confirm your entry and provide the required information. You must complete the confirmation step to receive an eligible entry.

   Limit one (1) entry per person. Attempts to enter multiple times using different email addresses, identities, or devices, or any attempt to circumvent the rules, may result in disqualification.

5. Prizes

   The total approximate retail value (“ARV”) of all prizes is $935.

   Prize 1: Cute & Cozy Bundle — Approx. $565 Value

   • 4 mugs
   • 4 cocoa bomb sets
   • Chocolate-covered orange candies

   Prize 2: Snuggly Set — Approx. $270 Value

   Includes:

   • 1 Minky Couture blanket
   • 2 cozy socks
   • 2 mugs
   • 2 cocoa bombs
   • Chocolate-covered orange candies

   Prize 3: Cozy Kit — Approx. $100 Value

   Includes:

   • 2 cozy socks
   • 2 mugs
   • 2 cocoa bomb sets
   • Chocolate-covered orange candies

   Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be substituted except at Sponsor's discretion. Winners are responsible for all taxes associated with receipt of the prize. Sponsor will issue tax documentation only if required by law.

   Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sun Pacific to use the winner's name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation unless prohibited by law.

6. Odds

   The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

7. Winner Selection and Notification

   Winners will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor. Winners will be notified via the email address used at entry within five (5) days of selection.

   Sponsor is not responsible for emails blocked by spam filters, incorrect email addresses, or other technical issues. If a winner cannot be contacted, is deemed ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 15 days, or fails to return any required documentation, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner selected.

   Sponsor may require winners to complete an affidavit of eligibility or similar verification document prior to prize fulfillment.

8. Rights Granted by You

   By entering, you grant Sun Pacific and its licensees the right to use your name, likeness, statements, entry content, and biographical information for promotional, advertising, or trade purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law.

9. Terms

   Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes if fraud, technical issues, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes.

   Sponsor may disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.

   By participating, you consent to receive emails from Sun Pacific related to the Sweepstakes and its products. You may unsubscribe at any time.

10. Limitation of Liability

    By entering, you agree to release and hold harmless Sun Pacific, its affiliates, partners, and employees from any claims or damages arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or use of any prize, including technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or errors in administration.

11. Disputes

    This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of California and the United States. Any disputes shall be resolved individually, without resort to class action, and exclusively before a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.

    Entrants waive all rights to punitive, incidental, or consequential damages.
