    Ingredients

                  Muffins:- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp finely grated Cuties® Clementine zest
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup Cuties® Clementine juice
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries

                  Topping:- 1/4 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tsp Cuties® Clementine zest
 
Directions

                Muffins: Preheat oven to 375°F. Line 12 muffin cups with paper liners. In a large bowl, whisk flour with sugar, baking powder, zest, baking soda and salt until well combined; set aside.

                In a separate bowl whisk egg, milk, clementine juice, oil and vanilla.

                Stir wet ingredients into dry ingredients just until moistened. Fold in cranberries.

                Scoop into muffin cups.

                Topping: Stir sugar with zest. Sprinkle on each muffin top.

                Bake for 18 to 20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. Cool in pan on rack for 5 minutes. Transfer to rack and cool completely.
