Mighties™ Kiwi and Cuties® Clementine Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 2 Mighties™ Kiwi, peeled and diced
  • 4 Cuties® Clementines, peeled and diced
  • 1 cup plain or vanilla Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup chia seeds
  • 4 tsp brown sugar

Directions

    Mix together yogurt, milk, chia seeds and brown sugar. Cover and refrigerate for 8 hours or overnight.

    Divide one-third of the chia pudding among 4 serving glasses. Layer one-third of the kiwi and one-third of the clementine slices over top. Repeat layers twice.

Substitute almond milk for milk if desired.

Garnish with toasted coconut if desired.

This fresh pudding is wholesome and satisfying. Enjoy for breakfast or as a snack.
